SmartCarePlus is a technology service, not a healthcare or medical establishment. The platform provides tools for:

- Prescription management and laboratory integrations
- Patient engagement via WhatsApp and web portals
All medical content, recommendations, and data displayed through SmartCarePlus are entered or approved by registered medical professionals or facilities, not by the Company.
3. No Doctor–Patient Relationship with the Company
Use of SmartCarePlus does not establish a doctor–patient relationship between users and the Company. Any consultation, advice, or medical interaction occurs directly between the healthcare provider and the patient.
SmartCarePlus acts only as a data processor and technology intermediary, not a healthcare decision-maker.

The platform, its documentation, and automated responses:

6. Responsibility of Patients
- Patients using SmartCarePlus must understand that all health-related information shared through the platform is managed by their healthcare provider.

- The Company is not responsible for any health outcome or decision made based on SmartCarePlus data or reminders.
7. Data Integrity & Accuracy

We do not guarantee:
